Mainstreet and Symphony Post Acute Network have started construction on a new medical resort in Indiana called Symphony of Chesterton.
The 76,701-squae-foot property will house 106 beds and provide post-acute care and senior living in a service-rich environment, which includes a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, movie theatre, game room, a spa, and on-site chef.
Mainstreet is the developer on the project and a Symphony Post Acute Network will operate the community.
Construction is expected to wrap up by December 2015.
