Sunrise Senior Living, LLC, is moving forward with construction on two new communities that will offer assisted living and memory care programs to seniors and their families.
The new communities, Sunrise of Burlingame, Calif., and Sunrise of Dublin, Ohio, are expected to begin serving residents in the summer of 2015.
Both communities will have approximately 80 units and feature flexible spaces to accommodate a variety of memory care neighborhoods and programs.
Additional enriched community features are expected to include Wi-Fi connectivity throughout, electronic health record systems, enhanced perimeter security and e-call systems, as well as custom-designed furnishings and décor.
