Owner and operator Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) has completed two new senior living communities in Huntington Station, N.Y., and Summit, N.J.
The two-story Sunrise of Huntington (Huntington Station) has 90 assisted living and memory care units in studio and one- and two-bedroom options. Amenities include a wellness center, activity room, and beauty salon.
The $21 million community in Summit is 70,000 square feet.
EW Howell (New York) served as the construction manager on both projects.
