Summit Vista recently marked the start of construction on the first phase of its Life Plan Community—its first in Utah—at a groundbreaking ceremony in Taylorsville. The active senior living community will offer residents an on-site continuum of care that will include independent living, assisted living, home care, nursing care, memory care and rehabilitation services.
Located on a 105-acre campus in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, Summit Vista features a 62,000-square-foot clubhouse offering amenities and services that promote active living, including a 25-yard lap pool, a fitness center, clubs and activity studios, and three restaurants with menus including health-conscious options.
Summit Vista is also working with Intermountain Healthcare to provide a variety of on-site healthcare services.
