Summit Senior Living (North Greenbush, N.Y.) has announced it’s building a new senior living community in Halfmoon, N.Y., according to the website cbs6albany.com.
The 150,000-square-foot project will comprise 110 residential units.
It marks the owner’s fifth senior living community in the area, joining communities in Glenville, N.Y., Guilderland, N.Y., Saratoga, N.Y., and North Greenbush.
