Summer Vista, a new resort-style senior living and memory care community in Pensacola, Fla., has completed construction. The project took 14 months from design to construction completion.
The 75,138-square-foot assisted living and memory care community features 67 one- and two-bedroom studio-style apartments as well as a secured wing of 22 memory-care apartments for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
Summer Vista incorporates various amenities including a grand two-story entry with wood-clad vaulted ceilings, spacious living rooms, and bistros located throughout the entire residential section of the community. Other amenities include a spa and fitness center, theater, beauty and barber salon, restaurant-style dining rooms, as well as two private dining areas with handpainted murals.
Residents can enjoy the fountain gardens, a covered fireplace in the courtyard, walking paths, and a nature trail.
