St. Paul Village, an income-qualified Senior Living facility in the Madisonville neighborhood of Cincinnati, has completed the last of a multiphased renovation of 103 apartment units.
Finishes replaced within units and common areas bring the building up to current standards for choice senior housing.
LEED Certification is being completed at the Silver level, and the project has already been awarded a 2013 Award of Excellence in Affordable Senior Housing Preservation, by the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
GBBN worked with developer/builder Model Group, and owner Episcopal Retirement Homes to deliver this project.
