St. John’s Lutheran Community Construction Back on Track

<p><a href="http://stjohnsofalbertlea.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">St. John’s Lutheran Community on Fountain Lake</a> (Albert Lea, Minn.) is moving ahead with plans to start construction on its new project, reports the<em> Albert Lea Tribune</em>.</p><p>The approximately $38 million project include construction of an assisted living building, an independent living complex, a memory care space, duplexes, a town center, and more.</p><p>The community will also offer amenities such as a barber and beauty shop, a coffee shop, a technology center, a fitness center as well as a chapel and more.</p>

The general contractor is The Joseph Co. (Austin, Texas). Construction is slated for completion by June 2017.
