The Springs of Richmond, a new short-stay rehabilitation and therapy community, held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new property in Richmond, Ind.
The 48,034-square-foot community houses 70 beds, a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theatre, a game room, and a spa. Residents have a variety of dining options, including an on-site chef, a pub, kitchen and restaurant-style dining.
Construction on the project began in March 2015. Mainstreet is the project developer and Trilogy Health Services is the operator.
