The Boldt Company, a Wisconsin-based healthcare builder, has been selected by Spanish Cove to manage a renovation and expansion project scheduled to begin in the fall of this year. Spanish Cove is a continuing care retirement community located Yukon, Okla.
Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects will serve as the architect for the renovation of the skilled nursing and assisted living areas of the facility. Two new additions will add more than 34,000 square feet. When complete, the expansion will add 43 units, including nine assisted living units, 20 nursing care and 14 memory care units. The Boldt Company will be responsible for preconstruction, site work and construction management at risk services.
