Dominion Partners (Birmingham, Alabama) recently started construction on a new senior living facility in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Somerby of Santa Rosa Beach will be the sixth Somerby senior living community.
Somerby of Santa Rosa Beach will include 52 assisted living and 24 memory-care apartments for residents with memory impairment, dementia or Alzheimer’s. It is being built on a six acre tract with occupancy expected by the end of the year.
It will also include a library and computer center, recreation room for arts and crafts, movies, cards and games and dancing, and a day spa with hair salon, manicure and pedicure stations will be included.
