Solera Senior Living (Denver) is planning a new 109,843-square-foot luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Austin, Texas.
The Reserve at Lake Austin will include 120 units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom options. Three main buildings are planned, two of which will be four stories.
Amenities will include dining venues, an exhibition kitchen, indoor/outdoor bar with fire pit, outdoor swimming pool, contemporary penthouse lounge with outdoor seating, art studio, and salon.
The project is slated to open in early 2022.
