Developer Silverstone Senior Living (Dallas) broke ground on The Pinnacle senior living community in Bethesda, Md., according to a news release.
The 17-story community will house 191 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Amenities will include an indoor pool, outdoor deck and veranda, fitness center, salon, and spa.
The project team includes architecture firm PRDG Architects (Dallas), interior designer Faulkner Design Group (Dallas), and general contractor John Moriarty & Associates (Arlington, Va.).
