Silverstone Senior Living Begins Construction For New Community

The $75 million, eight-story Silverstone Fairfax will offer 124 assisted living and 30 memory care apartments for the Fairfax County, Va., area.

Silverstone Senior Living has started construction on a 158,000-square-foot, $75 million senior living community in Fairfax County, Va.

The new eight-story development will offer 124 assisted living and 30 memory care apartments.

Amenities will include formal, private and casual dining venues, a wellness and fitness center, a full-service salon, a community activity room, creative art studio and game room. Three outdoor terraces will be available for assisted living residents, including a rooftop terrace. Memory care residents will have their own secure terrace and outdoor seating.

The senior living community is slated for completion in 2021.
