Silverado Oak Village memory care community has opened in Menomonee Falls, Wis. Last year, Silverado acquired the community and spent a year renovating the assisted living facility into a memory care community.
The community, which provides care for up to 50 residents, is divided into different neighborhoods that are designed to address residents’ specific need. Memory boxes that families fill with keepsakes are used to help residents independently find their room.
Amenities include secure outside spaces, music programs, cooking clubs, gardening, and art programs.
