According to “Marietta Daily Journal,” Silver Comet Village is slated to break ground Thursday in Powder Springs, Ga. The $37 million, 154-unit assisted living, memory care, and independent living complex will consist of two buildings, each just over 80,000 square feet.
PS Senior Living LLC is the owner and operator of the proposed senior living development.
