Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.) and real estate investor Hines (Houston) are planning a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Houston, according to an article in Rebusiness Online. The seven-story Watermark at Houston Heights will include 222 residential units and two floors of amenity spaces.
The project team includes Munoz + Albin Architecture & Planning (design architect; Houston), Looney & Associates (interior designer; Dallas), TBG Landscape Architects (landscape architect; Houston), and Harvey Builders (general contractor; Houston).
The community is slated for completion in January 2022.
