Senior Living To Be Part Of Mixed-use Project In New Jersey

The 25-acre community will include 135 residential units for seniors.

A $300 million mixed-use community in New Jersey’s West Windsor Township will include senior living units, according to an article in New York YIMBY.

The 25-acre project will have 135 residential units for seniors through a joint venture between Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.) and investment firm Welltower (Toledo, Ohio). Atria will manage the housing component when fully constructed.

The mixed-use project will also include rental apartments, condominiums, townhomes, retail, and a public promenade.
