The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County has broken ground on the $250 million Sinai Residences of Boca Raton, on the north side of the federation's campus in Boca Raton, Florida.
The continuing care retirement community will house independent living units, as well as 132 units for residents who will need to transition to various stages of assisted-living care. Additional amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness center, and salon.
The $250 million development will cover 23 acres of vacant land at the federation’s West Boca campus, which opened in 1991. Construction is scheduled to begin in March, with the facility opening by the end of 2015.
