The Lodge of Northbrook Selects Construction Team

<p><a href="http://www.lodgeofnorthbrook.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Lodge of Northbrook</a> (Omaha, Neb.), on behalf of developer <a href="http://www.essexseniorliving.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Essex Communities</a>, has awarded Phase II of construction to <a href="http://www.mcshane-construction.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">McShane Construction Co. </a></p><p>The 37,880-square-foot Phase II component will incorporate 20 newly configured residential units consisting of one- and two-bedroom and two-bedroom with den floor plan options.</p>

The Lodge of Northbrook (Omaha, Neb.), on behalf of developer Essex Communities, has awarded Phase II of construction to McShane Construction Co.

The 37,880-square-foot Phase II component will incorporate 20 newly configured residential units consisting of one- and two-bedroom and two-bedroom with den floor plan options.

Each residence will have many features including in-unit washers and dryers, large closets, extended ceiling heights and a private patio or terrace.

The four-story second phase will be built on the southwestern side of the existing property providing direct access to the main building and to the integrated underground parking garage. Phase II will also incorporate a separate side entrance and elevator, beauty salon, resident storage units and a guestroom suite that can be rented for short-term stays by family and friends.

The exterior of Phase II will integrate with the existing building using the same masonry façade, window systems and color scheme.

As in Phase I, JSSH Architects Inc. will provide the architectural services for Phase II of the luxury independent senior living development.
