Plans for a senior living community are in the works at the Genesys Health Park in Grand Blanc, Mich., reports MLive.
The first phase, a 128-bed skilled nursing facility, would begin this summer once the permitting process is completed by the developers, WellBridge Group and Burton-Katzman LLC.
The facility will offer skilled nursing, memory care, independent living, and assisted living. After its completion in 2016, developers expect to move on to the contruction of an assisted living facility.
