Sagewood has kicked off plans to expand its senior living community, The Estates, with high-end independent living homes.
Inspired by handcrafted custom homes, The Estates neighborhood will consist of 24 luxury villas as well as single or duplex casita homes with spacious and open floorplans. Included in the development of this neighborhood will be a 15,000-square-foot multipurpose event center.
The Estates have been designed with scenic views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert offering landscaped courtyards, a media room, study, large chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, covered patio with outdoor cooking area, private attached guest casita with kitchenette and bath for visiting family and friends, and two-car garages with attached golf cart storage.
Residents of The Estates will have full access to the Sagewood community resort-style amenities and services including four dining venues, swimming pools, two movie theaters, billiards room, fitness center, library, and salon. Life Care Services and Westminster Funds are the joint-venture partners of Sagewood.
