Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis), a national developer, designer, builder, capital markets partner, and real estate manager, and Grand Living Management (Minneapolis) are planning a luxury senior living community at Wellen Park, a master-planned community in Venice, Fla.
The four-story project will include 156 independent and assisted living units and 36 memory care units.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a library, wellness/telehealth center with fitness areas, spa and salon, club, and activity rooms.
Ryan Architecture + Engineering (Tampa, Fla.), a subsidiary of Ryan Companies US Inc., is handling the design of the project, which is slated for completion in March 2023.
