Rosewood Sells Healthcare Portfolio To Cahill Group for $250M

<p>The Cahill Group (Chicago) has acquired the Rosewood skilled nursing and health care portfolio (St. Louis) for $250 million.</p><p>The sale includes skilled nursing facilities, senior living, home health, and other related management and service companies in St. Louis and Illinois. The new company will be renamed Cahill Rosewood.</p>
