Rose Senior Living-Clinton Township (Clinton Township, Mich.), the latest senior housing community developed by Edward Rose & Sons, has opened.
It offers 176 units of senior living apartment homes with 74 independent senior living apartments, 64 assisted living apartments, and 38 memory care suites. The housing mix allows residents to age in place by having access to more benefits and higher levels of service as their needs change.
The 188,000-square-foot senior living communty is connected to outdoor gardens and walking trails with access to a mall and other local amenities. A three-story building houses independent and assisted living, and memory care.
Amenities include three dining venues, concierge services, arboretum, media room, club lounge, fitness studio, movie theater, chapel, and salon and spa.
Rose Senior Living-Clinton Township will be managed by Ecumen.
