The RiverWoods Group has revealed plans to expand with a new continuing care retirement community in Durham, N.H.
RiverWoods Durham will include 150 independent living homes with a 72-unit attached health center that provides assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The community is scheduled to break ground this summer and is expected to open in early 2020.
According to a fosters.com news release, the $70 million project will be a large single building with several wings and courtyards.
