Heritage Community of Kalamazoo (Kalamazoo, Mich.) has broken ground on a $50 million independent living community in Kalamazoo, according to an article in Mlive.com.
The four-story, 60-unit Revel Creek will offer one- and two-bedroom units that include smart-home technology for climate control and lighting and security systems.
Amenities will include a group dining area and fitness center.
The project team includes Perkins Eastman (designer; Chicago) and Miller-Davis Company (construction manager; Kalamazoo). It’s slated for competition in April 2022.
