LifeCenters Development Group in Franklin, Tenn., will break ground in the first quarter of 2016 on an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Huntsville, Ala.
The Legacy LifeCenters at Hampton Cove master planned development will follow a resort theme in keeping with its setting in the heart of a Robert Trent Jones golf course of Hampton Cove.
Although plans are still in the early phases, the design calls for 32 independent living units, 52 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units.
Amenities will include an adjoining golf course, lakes and water amenities on-site, spa, beauty salon, movie theater, fitness center, multiple landscaped courtyards, proximity to medical office building, and more.
The project architect is Arrive Architecture Group.
