Moorings Park at Grey Oaks has opened The Residences at Grand Place (Naples, Fla.), a collection of thirteen two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath residences situated on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks clubhouse.
The campus includes a 6,000-square-foot Center for Healthy Living, an assisted living and memory care center, and three 80,000 square feet of gardens designed by JRL Landscape Design Studios (Naples, Fla.). The clubhouse is built to LEED certification standards.
There are thirteen floor plans with open living environments offering choices such as 10’ ceilings, recessed double-door entries, gallery hallways, great rooms, dining areas, wet bars, master suites with walk-in closets and oversized showers, covered terraces, and multiple Juliette balconies.
The architect for The Residences at Grand Place is Perkins Eastman, the general contractor is Suffolk Construction, and Wegman Design Group provided interior design services.
