The Residence At South Windsor Farms is now open to residents. Built by Congress Building Corp., the senior living community in South Windsor, Conn., offers a variety of services and amenities.
Owned and operated by LCB Senior Living LLC, and designed by The Architectural Team, the 66,000-square-foot, three-story community was built in the Craftsman style and houses 80 apartments.
The Residence features a country kitchen, open and enclosed porches, common living and dining rooms, group activity and lounge areas, an exercise room, a barber/beauty salon, and media room.
