Operator Erickson Living (Catonsville, Md.) is planning $3 billion in new development across the U.S. as well as a name change, according to an article in The Baltimore Sun.
Erickson, which operates 20 communities in 11 states, plans to build 5,000 new units in new and existing communities. The company is also adding “Senior” to its name to become “Erickson Senior Living.”
