Reader voting is now open for Environments for Aging's 7th annual Remodel/Renovation Competition.
A panel of judges from industry partner SAGE (The Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments) reviewed 63 submissions and narrowed them down to the top 10, available for voting to determine the Best in Category winner.
The competition category this year is single spaces, which include dining spaces, resident rooms, activity areas, courtyards, spa/wellness areas, chapels, theaters, salons, and other resident areas.
Readers may vote on the top 10 designs at EnvironmentsforAging.com/renovate through Aug. 28. The finalists are:

The top 10 projects, including the winner of Best in Category, will be showcased in the Fall 2015 issue of Environments for Aging. The Best in Category winner will be recognized at the 2016 Environments for Aging Expo & Conference in Austin, Texas.
