The Chicago Housing Authority (Chicago) and Evergreen Real Estate Group (Chicago) have transformed the former Ravenswood Hospital into an affordable senior living community in Chicago, according to an article in the Chicago Sun Times.
The $81 million, 10-story Ravenswood Senior Living includes 74 independent living units and 119 assisted living units.
The project team includes WJW Architects (architect; Chicago).
