Golden Acres Development (Pompano Beach, Fla.) has opened Provident Place, a new affordable senior living community in Pompano Beach, Fla., according to a news release.
The 62+ community houses 100 one- and two-bedroom units across two buildings. Amenities include a community room, fitness center, dog park, and covered pavilion with grills for outdoor gatherings.
Anillo Toledo Lopez (Miami) served as architect on the project.
