Dr. Phillips Inc., is expected to begin construction on its new $75 million senior living and health campus in December, in southwest Orange County, Fla.
The project team includes Brasfield & Gorrie (general contractor); SC Advisors (development advisor); Harbor Retirement Associates (developer); and THW Design (architect).
A 60,000-square-foot building for Orlando Health is also being developed on the campus. The on-site medical pavilion will house primary care physicians and specialists in the community. The pavilion is slated for completion in fall 2016 and the first housing units in fall 2017.
