Primrose Retirement Communities has started construction on a new $4.9 million senior living project in Lancaster, Ohio, which is expected to be completed in spring 2018.
Primrose Memory Care will be a 24,912-square-foot community featuring 24 private suites and amenities including a spa and beauty salon, coffee bar, library, dining and living rooms, and an interior courtyard with a fountain.
The new project is designed to address the level of care needed by memory-impaired individuals while creating a homelike and comfortable atmosphere for them to engage in an active lifestyle.
The general contractor is The Douglas Co. and it was designed by WAI Continuum.
