Presbyterian Senior Living recently completed a $10 million project adding 48 rental units for affordable senior living to the existing Windy Hill Village in Philipsburg, Pa., reports Multi-Housing News Online.
The four-story property features 37 one- and 11 two-bedroom units with energy-efficient and sustainable features.
