Presbyterian Senior Living (Dillsburg, Pa.) and Cathedral Village (Philadelphia) have announced that both boards of directors have approved an affiliation agreement to combine the two providers. Cathedral Village will become one of Presbyterian's subsidiary corporations.
Cathedral Village, a continuing care retirement communities in the greater Philadelphia area, offers 293 senior apartments and 133 skilled nursing accommodations.
The community provides three levels of service, including independent living apartments, personal care services licensed and provided within the apartments, and skilled nursing care.
Presbyterian Senior Living is a not-for-profit provider of senior care with 30 locations in the mid-Atlantic, offering a full range of healthcare, housing, and other related community services directed primarily to people 55 and over.
