Presbyterian Homes & Services recently celebrated the grand opening of Orchard Path in Apple Valley, Minn.
Located on a 13-acre site, the $56M community offers 115 senior apartments, 58 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care apartments. The attached Town Center features a grand two-story foyer as the community focal point and includes amenities such as a salon, bistro, chapel, club lounge, library, movie theater, performing arts center, and community room. Underground heated parking is also available to residents.
The project was developed by Essential Decisions Inc. (EDI) with consulting and marketing support from Senior Housing Partners (SHP). The community was designed by Pope Architects with interior design provided by Senior Lifestyle Design, the interior design arm of PHS. The general contractor is Anderson Cos. and financing is secured through Hamlin Capital Investments.
