Construction of Prairie House Assisted Living and Memory Care (Broken Arrow, Okla.) is well underway. The 93,000-square-foot, two-story building on the campus of St. John Broken Arrow Hospital is expected to open in the fall with 105 units for residents in need of supportive services and memory care.
Prevarian Senior Living (Dallas) is developing this new community which will feature 73 assisted living and 32 memory care residences as well as common areas for dining, socializing, and recreational activities.
The community is designed to offer an upscale residential environment and amenities such as a restaurant-style dining room and private dining room for family gatherings, a card room, chapel, activities room, salon and spa, a theater, and outdoor living areas. Specialized programming for individuals with memory care needs will be provided in a neighborhood of studio suites equipped with private bathrooms.
Prairie House will integrate various St. John services and will maintain priority emphasis on wellness, therapy programs, and convenient clinic space access in the community for St. John physicians and staff to provide appropriate services to the residents of Prairie House.
The architect for the project is Architectural Concepts Inc. and the general contractor is Skiles Group. The community will be managed by LCS/CRSA.
