Genesis HealthCare is collaborating with Mainstreet to open PowerBack Rehabilitation in Lafayette, Colo., this month. Indiana-based Mainstreet is the developer and Pennsylvania-based Genesis HealthCare is leasing and operating the center.
The 99-bed, 69,643-square-foot community features private suites, a large movie theatre, a game room, walking trails, bistros, and an on-site chef. Construction on the project started in December 2013.
Genesis HealthCare launched PowerBack Rehabilitation in 2012. The Lafayette location is the ninth in the U.S and the second in Colorado.
