The Pointe at Lifespring, in Knoxville, Tenn., recently broke ground. When completed, the plantation-style community will offer a total of 64 assisted living and memory care apartments.
Located on six acres, the new community will feature spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments with individualized heating and air conditioning, walk-in closets, large well-lit bathrooms, accessible showers, a spa and beauty salon, a dedicated pet area, outdoor dining and barbecue areas, individual dedicated gardening areas, and more.
The memory care neighborhood will feature private units with shared or private bathrooms, a dedicated entrance, well-landscaped interior courtyards, covered porches, dedicated dining and activity areas, and a secure interior that provides residents the freedom to move around at will.
Affiliates of Dallas-based Meridian Realty Advisors LP. are the owner and developer of the community and it is managed by Integral Senior Living. Pi Architects is the project’s designer.
