A new Heartis senior living community, the second in Wisconsin, is coming to Milwaukee.
Heartis Village Brookfield, developed by Caddis, will feature 104 assisted living and memory care apartments. The 98,660-square-foot community is expected to be completed in July 2019.
Amenities will include secured courtyards, landscaped grounds and gardens with walking paths, relaxing common areas, activity rooms, bar area, libraries, media room, fitness center, salon, and more.
The new community will be managed by Pathway to Living. The architect for the project is Katus and the general contractor is Stevens Construction Corp.
