Ryan Companies US Inc. and Grand Living have unveiled plans for a third senior living project in Iowa.
Located in West Des Moines, Iowa, the proposed five-story, 174-unit project will offer independent, assisted, and memory care services.
Amenities will include three restaurants; the Grand Spa and Salon featuring fitness, indoor pool, beauty salon, and massage ; a performance theater; library; club room and other multiuse spaces. There will be a wide variety of unit types ranging from studios up to two bedrooms with dens.
Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2019 and completion in late fall of 2020.
