Independent Healthcare Properties has received approval for a $25 million senior living community situated on 23 acres in Chattanooga, Tenn., according to a report from Times Free Press.
If the project recieves final approval from the county commission, construction will begin this summer.
The senior living community will offer assisted living and memory care as well as other services.
MAP Engineers is one of the project partners.
