Amara Community Living at New Britain is set to break ground in June, in New Britian, Conn, reports the New Britiain Herald.
The new community will provide comprehensive living services for seniors with a choice of studio and one-bedroom apartments. Offering affordable living for various income levels, Amara will offer assisted and independent living, memory care, as well as hospice and skilled nursing. Amenities will include on-site restaurants, a dining hall, walking trails, Wi-Fi, two pools, physical therapy, and recreation centers.
The project is slated to open in fall 2016 and will be developed by Hunter Development Group.
