Phoenix Senior Living has started construction on its new senior living community, Phoenix at Milton. The $17 million construction project will house 85 apartments, with 67 for assisted living and 19 for memory care.
Design plan will focus on natural lighting and common area space with easy access to outdoor patios and courtyards. Outside, the community will offer a paved walking path around the building with resting spots along the way.
The apartments will include studios, one, and two bedroom apartments. There will also be a physical therapy/ exercise room, bistro, piano lounge, full-service salon, pub, library, and computer room on-site. A large community room that will host performing arts events and guest lecturers as well as a Cafe that will host cooking demonstrations and classes for residents, their families and the local community.
