Phoenix Senior Living recently broke ground and has started construction on its new senior living community in Camden, S.C.
The Colonial at Historic Camden will be a one-story building with 43 apartments – 26 for assisted living and 17 for memory care in a secured neighborhood.
The building will also feature an assortment of apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of indoor spaces such as a bistro, full-service salon, movie theatre, restaurant-style dining rooms, fully equipped fitness/physical therapy center as well as two interior courtyards. The exterior amenities also include a paved walking path.
The project is expected to open later this year. Connexion Development Group is also part of the project.
