A new three-story, $12.6 million senior living community is under construction in Detroit Lakes, Minn., reports DL-Online.
The 76-unit Pelican Landing will feature assisted living, independent living and memory care services and is expected to open in fall 2019.
Amenities will include a town center, salon, bistro, card and activity room, outdoor spaces, fitness and therapy center, and indoor garages.
