Traditions Club and Community has revealed plans to add Parc at Traditions Senior Living Community in Bryan, Texas.
The initial phase of a senior living campus, Parc at Traditions will house 154 senior living units comprised of 90 independent living, 40 assisted living, and 24 memory care apartment homes in a resort-like setting.
Parc at Traditions will offer residents access to club/community activities and amenities, as well as programmatic collaborations with Health Science Center researchers, educators, and students from Texas A&M University.
Designed by Three Living Architecture, construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2015 with completion planned for the summer of 2016.
